1st contact me

The first step and for sure not the easiest one is to contact me. I want to encourage you: nothing can go wrong! You just describe what kind of help and support you need and I will tell you weather I am the right contact or where to go to ask.

We might then arrange the first appointment for the initial consultation. A doctor's referral is not required for this.

Please feel free to contact me!

3rd trial sessions

After the initial consultation, there are up to four trial sessions in which we explore the development of the mental and behavioral problem. Therefore I will interview you, hand out some questionnaires and diagnositc tests. In these "trial" sessions, we clarify to what extent therapy is recommended and whether the therapy setting I offer fits to your circumstances and needs.

The trial sessions last 50 minutes each.

2nd initial consultation

In the first appointment, the initial consultation, we get to know each. You will describe your concerns without hesitating and as natural as possible. At the same time, you get to know me and I gain an initial understanding of your concerns. Of course, there will be enouth time for your questions. We clarifie whether psychotherapy is indicated and whether my offer is what you need.

Depending on the needs and age of the child, this appointment can take place either with parents only, with parents and child together, or young adults alone. Please note, that under the age of 18 your parents need to agree to therapy, because they are the main contractual partners between me and the health insurance.

The initial consultation lasts 50 minutes.

4th therapy application and start of therapy

If all parties involved (parents, child, me etc.) come to the conclusion that therapy is necessary and helpful, you as the main insured person submit a therapy application to your private health insurance.

Once the therapy is approved, we can start- let's go!

Therapy sessions take place 1-2 times a week and last 50 minutes each.

Therapy as a self-paying service without application is also possible.
